We are currently recruiting experienced DEA’s to work on our expanding domestic energy insulation campaign – Room In Roof.\r
\r
This role will require remote working where you will work away from home Monday – Friday. Travel and accommodation expenses will be provided.\r

You will be required to complete a survey and EPC assessment via electronic technology and submit accurate information in a timely and efficient manner. All appointments will be pre-booked and qualified prior to the Survey / EPC being carried out.\r

Skills & Experience required:\r
\r
• Qualified DEA with a minimum of 1 years’ experience\r
• Experience in data collection to facilitate an EPC lodgement\r
• Experience in full lodgement of a domestic EPC\r
• The ability to sketch accurate floor plans\r
• Excellent customer service and communication skills\r
• Excellent time management skills\r

Job Role:\r
\r
• Completion of a full domestic survey\r
• Gathering of all evidence requirements for survey and EPC (Photographs and Documentation)\r
• Completion of a full EPC on each property (including lodgement)\r
• Uploading all information accurately and in a timely manner\r
• Completion of domestic property Risk Assessments\r
• Providing accurate information to customers\r
• Booking in Jobs for install\r
