Rare opportunity to join a small team of craftsmen making displays and mounts for museums and art galleries, working directly with rare and important items. We have just moved to a brand new workshop and offices and are looking to take on a new team member.\\r\
\\r\
The successful candidate will be trained to assist in the production of bespoke display mounts, mainly working with acrylic, but also metal and wood work. Using: circular bench saw, mill, lathe, pillar drill, router, bandsaw, sanding machines, jigsaw and other general workshop equipment / power tools. They will be taught to interpret technical drawing and convert these into products within a timeframe.\\r\
They must be able to work independently as well as alongside team members, maintain workshop cleanliness and follow health and safety procedures. Onsite work and travel may be necessary on occasion. Any experience within a workshop or design environment would be advantages, and an interest in engineering and the arts, however we are more concern with applicants that share our passion and drive and are looking to a build a career.\\r\

Salary subject to experience, (Monday to Friday, 8:30 to 17:00)
