As a recruitment consultant you are expected:\\r\
- To lead source\\r\
- Cold call potential clients\\r\
- Head hunt candidates and screen them\\r\
- CRM management\\r\
- Account Management\\r\
- Promote our sister company - Essential training school\\r\
- Conduct interviews\\r\
- Part time - 3 days a week\\r\
\\r\
Skills Needed:\\r\
- Organisation\\r\
- Negotiation\\r\
- Telesales (not essential but beneficial)\\r\
- IT literate\\r\
- Fast track Progression\\r\
- Industry Training and Sales Training\\r\
\\r\
