SwimNE is leading swimming lesson provider. We work across many venues in the region and provide high quality swimming tuition to babies, children and adults. We are the largest private provider and have a large staff team. We operate our own in service training programme to help develop the skills of our staff to be able to deliver the best service possible to customers.\\r\
\\r\

The role has been created as we expand our coordinator and teaching team at SwimNE. The successful candidate will be expected to support the existing coordinating and teaching team and will be required to assist with the management of existing sites and help develop the SwimNE program across the region. The main base for the position will be at the SwimNE office but will require candidates to travel across our sites to monitor and manage the lesson programme.\\r\

Candidates should meet the following criteria;\\r\
• Qualified Level 2 teacher as a minimum requirement\\r\
• Have previous active teaching experience across a range of age groups and abilities\\r\
• A strong understanding of aquatics and a desire to improve knowledge\\r\
• The ability to work as part of a wider team\\r\
• Experience of dealing with customers through a previous job role\\r\
• Strong knowledge of IT\\r\
• Leadership skills\\r\
• Be a member of either the IOS or STA\\r\
• Provide two character or employer references to support your application\\r\
